Solution Engineering Director

Role Overview:
Solution Engineering Director – Fort Worth/Dallas, TX. Design, develop and deploy the technical network solutions per specific customer and market requirements. Responsible for collaborating with relevant internal (sales, engineering, marketing) and external stakeholders (solution and service partners) in order to develop high-level deployment solutions and designs (HLD) in the wireless telecommunication industry. Define solution technical criteria and solution requirements, acceptance criteria to address customers’ connectivity challenges and use cases. Responsible for preparing and delivering presentations, in both written and oral formats. Skill required: Must have knowledge of cloud methodologies (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS, Redhat Open stack and OpenShift); Agile project management system (Scrum). Must have worked with product in RAN, Core, Security (CISSP), and End User Devices. Must also have Architecture experience with developing end to end solutions for mobile telecommunications (i.e. 3gPP or LTE and 5G).

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or Computer Engineering or closely related degree, plus 72 months of progressive experience in the Moderate to Senior level position as engineer/architect.
Work Schedule:
M-F, 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. (40 hours per week).
Salary:
$126,110 per year
Duration of Job:
Full time permanent position.
